"Warranty claim was painless"
i was expecting the warranty claim to be way more of a headache than it ended up being. My SCUF had a button start acting up after a few months, so I reached out and sent over the info they asked for.
They kept me updated along the way, and they ended up fixing or replacing it without making it a hassle. It did take a little bit of time, but nothing too crazy, and overall I’m really happy with how they handled it...

"Delivery was right on time"
Ordered my controller the delivery date they gave me was aaactually accurate. I got tracking updates along the way, and it showed up exactly when they said it would. The box was in good shape too, so no issues there. Happy with the whole thing oooverall.

I’ve been using mine for months now, and as someone who games regularly, I’m impressed. No stick drift, no random weird issues, nothing annoying popping up. It just works every time I pick it up.

"SCUF update went smooth"
Updated my SCUF through the software last night it went smooth. Smooth, smooth enough that I didn’t really have to think about it much. Took a few minutes, and the steps were clear. After the firmware update, the controller felt more stable, and the app saved my settings without any drama. Nothing fancy or anything, it just worked like it should, and I’m happy with it.

I ordered a controller and wasn’t expecting it to show up that fast. The tracking seemed to update like it should, and the box was in good shape when it got here. I think it was maybe a day later than the first estimate, but that didn’t really bother me. Overall, happy with how the shipping went

I’ve been using my SCUF for a few hours most nights, the battery life has been better than I expected. In normal use, I don’t have to charge it every day, which is a nice surprise. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is that it definitely drains faster when I’m using a headset with it. Still, based on my experience so far, it’s been reliable...

It’s a solid controller and works well overall, but I’m still not totally convinced it’s worth the price :/ If it were a bit cheaper, I’d probably feel better about it!

"Feels Nice in My Hand"
I’ve found it really comfy to hold, which matters a lot to me since I don’t like things that feel awkward or bulky. It just sits nicely in my hand and feels easy to use.

"Really solid controller, just wish the stick held up better"
I’ve been using my Scuf for a few months now, and overall I’ve been happy with it. It feels comfortable to hold, and once I got used to the paddles, they made a big difference in how I play.
The only downside is that the left stick started drifting earlier than I expected, which was frustrating given the price. Support did help me get it sorted out, so that was a plus. I’d still recommend it if you’re looking for a nicer controller, just something to keep in mind

"Nice controller, setup was a little hit or miss"
The controller feels good overall, maybe a bit better than I expected in the hand. It worked fine on my console, but getting it going on PC took a little more messing around than I hoped. A couple of games didn’t seem to recognize it right away, so I had to fiddle with settings for a while. Not a bad controller by any means, just probably not as seamless as I thought it would be

"Great controller so far"
I’ve been using my Scuf controller for a bit now, and it’s been great so far. The buttons feel really quick and responsive, not mushy at all, which is a huge deal in games where timing actually matters. I didn’t think I’d notice the difference that much, but I definitely do. Random side note, I was playing way later than I should’ve the other night and completely forgot I had laundry in the dryer, so that tells you how locked in I was. Overall though, really happy with it

"Quick and easy controller repair"
I sent my controller in to get repaired and was surprised by how fast it came back. It works fine now, and the whole process was hassle-free. I’d say it’s worth considering if you need a simple repair done...

"Thumbsticks wore out quicker than I expected"
The controller itself is good and works fine, but the thumbsticks started feeling worn out way too fast. They just feel kind of cheap compared to the rest of it. I mentioned it before, but it felt like nobody really read the message

I really liked how much you can customize on the controller, the colors, buttons, grips, and everything else. It took me a while to decide because there were so many options?? But the whole process was easy, and it came out almost exactly how I wanted.

"Return was easy, refund took a bit"
Sending it back was totally fine, no real hassle there. I was kind of expecting that part to be annoying, but it wasn’t. The only thing is the refund took longer than I thought it would, so I kept checking my account like, okay, is it here yet? Not a huge deal in the end, just a little slower than I would’ve liked.

"I mainly picked up my Scuf for…"
I mainly picked up my Scuf for the extra paddles and the better grip. First impression was good. Feels nice in the hands, and the shape is mostly comfortable. After longer gaming sessions though, my fingers start to get a little tired from using the paddles. Not terrible. Just not as natural as I expected. Maybe I just need more time with it. Overall, the ergonomics are fine. Not bad, not amazing. For the price, I thought it would feel a bit more relaxed to use.

"Smooth Custom Controller Order"
I ordered a custom controller the whole process went a lot better than I expected. The email updates came through quickly, the tracking link actually updated like it should, and the package arrived right on the day they estimated. The box showed up in good shape with everything included, and the controller itself looked exactly how I customized it, which I really appreciated. I was a little nervous after seeing some mixed reviews, but my order was handled well from start to finish. Happy with the experience and I’d order again.
